OBJECTIVE: Expansion abroad through valuable training at home

The H-3 visa is a nonimmigrant visa which allows foreign nationals to enter the U.S. on a temporary visa to train in "any field of endeavor". This visa is especially useful for businesses that have a need to bring foreign workers to the U.S. for training purposes. Upon completion of the training program, the worker will then return to a foreign residence, applying what has been learned to further your company’s goals abroad. For the visa to be granted for the business, it must be demonstrated that the type of training being provided in the U.S. is not available in the worker's country of origin.

The training program must not be used for purposes of hiring in the U.S., but is instead intended to advance the worker's career outside the U.S.

If you have a need to train individuals from abroad on a specific product, project, technique, or aspect of your business, our office can guide you in setting up a training program that will qualify for the H-3 visa.
